How Do I Become A Lender?
To utilize the MCC program(s), a lender or mortgage broker must sign up to become a participant.
If you are interested in becoming an approved lender, please print the Lender Particpation Agreements
for the programs you would like to become a participant and provide the documentation
stated in the applicable Lender Participation Agreement(s). The proccess of becoming an approved Lender
includes signing the Lender Participation Agreement, providing other items listed in the Lender
Participation Agreement, and attending lender training. We have provided the Lender Participation Agreement in
different formats so you can choose what works best for you.
